2、檢查是否有異物落入機內,及時清理機內余砂,以防堵塞各輸送環節造成設備故障。
3、操作工對清理效果應隨時檢查,如有異樣應立即停機,并對設備進行整體檢查。
4、密封件必須每天檢查,如被損壞立即更換。
5、開機前必須檢查控制柜(面板)各類開關是否在所需設定位置(包括各電源開關)然后才能開機,以免誤動作,損壞電氣及機械設備,造成設備損壞。
6、開手動程序,用風槍清理下砂閘板余砂和粉塵。
7、下班時先將機器復位至原點,需清理機器內余砂,確保下一班正常作業。
8、下班前對各電氣運動部件進行檢查,看是否松動,及時擰緊。
9、對注油點定期檢查各部位加注油是否符合規定。
10、長期生產使用造型機應定期檢查更換液壓油,保證液壓站有足夠的動力完成砂型壓實。
11、在生產使用過程中,應防止型砂中帶有鐵塊進去造型機射砂筒。
